Test your body's acid level quickly and easily. This pH paper kit comes with the Are You Really Healthy Testing Kit  to do effective testing and monitoring of your pH levels. See if your diet is causing acid conditions that affect your immune system. Included in this manual are worksheets to help organize your data, a Food Acid/Alkaline Chart, and more advanced tests to measure other metabolic reactions. The Lemon Saliva Challenge test will show you if you are low in magnesium and potassium.

Want to test your body's acid level quickly? Get litmus strips from your local health food stare to quickly and efficiently test the acid level of your body. Simply touch it to your tongue for a moment and compare the results to the color chart. (Ideally test your saliva pH before eating in the morning, or at least one hour after eating.)   For urine pH, place the litmus paper in a urine sample taken before eating in the morning or 3 hours after eating.

If it stays yellow then you have an acid reading. If it turns blue then you have an alkaline reading. Ideally it should be in the green range depending if you are testing urine or saliva.

The pH ("parts of hydrogen") balance in the body is one of the most pertinent factors affecting the health of the body. The ideal pH of the body is indicated when the urine is 6.0 to 6.4 in the morning and the saliva is 6.4 to 6.8.

Your saliva pH shows how your upper digestive system is working, especially your liver metabolism. Your urine pH indicates how much acid waste your metabolism is handling, often due to long term dietary imbalances.
